The bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet with an outside shower. No linen will be supplied. There is an upstairs patio with beautiful views of the bush.
This cottage is situated on a property which has been run as a lodge and now some of the cottages are being rented out long-term. If the lodge is sold the tenant will be given 3 months’ notice.
Water and electricity, Wifi, gardener and access to the laundry included. Tenants have access to the lodge pool and can order meals from the kitchen.
Vehicle access permit and refuse removal excluded.
Full month’s deposit required. Credit checks will be done on applicants.
The property is situated 35km on the main road from Hoedspruit and then a further 8km to the lodge on a sand road.
