This hidden gem in the African bush is nestled among towering Jackalberry trees on the Olifants River overlooking the breathtaking riverine bushveld. This wooden house offers a secluded escape into nature for those seeking peace, privacy and creative inspiration.

The living area consists of a cozy kitchen and living room with basic amenities including a gas stove, microwave and air fryer and a charming outside lapa for outdoor cooking and relaxation. The main bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom consisting (shower and toilet) and the second bedroom has two single beds with an adjacent bathroom (shower and toilet). There is an artist’s loft equipped with a daybed, couch, work desk and an artist’s easel.

Amenities include satellite WiFi and a handheld radio to stay connected. The grounds are managed and a fee can be negotiated for the Treehouse to be cleaned. Electricity excluded.

Travelling distance to town is approximately 40km (45 minute drive).

Tenants would have access to driving on the reserve, walking, access to the sundowner point and the Olifant’s River. Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve is 35km outside the bustling town of Hoedspruit, gateway to the world-renowned Kruger National Park. One could also just choose to relax on the Reserve which has a healthy population of Waterbuck, Kudu, Nyala, Impala, Zebra, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Bushbuck, Duiker and other small antelope species. Numerous bird species abound for the avid birder. Nocturnal species include, Civet Cat, Genet, Porcupine, Aardvark and the allusive Caracal to mention a few.
