Each stand is serviced with power and water, and there are a variety of allowable roof types. There is no time frame to build in. Stands on wildlife estates in the area are only becoming more rare and harder to find.

The reserve has a set of Homeowner rules that ensures the reserve is held to a good standard and to the enjoyment of all owners, without affecting others negatively. On the reserve there are plains game including kudu, impala, nyala, giraffe, wildebeest, zebra and waterbuck. There is no fencing between properties and game will be seen roaming. However, game drive roads are available, and one can also walk and hike. The reserve is not pet friendly and no AirBnB operations are allowed.
