The Lodge is fenced with 2,4m high electrified fencing surrounding interior of the Lodge, as well an electrified fence surrounding the outer borders of the property, adjoining the outer electrified fence of the private game reserve, enabling wildlife to roam freely over the whole property. The two properties are separated by the Tipperary Spruit, with beautiful scenic routes alongside the river, as part of a 2,8km hiking trail through the unspoilt bush with excellent viewpoints overlooking the Tipperary Valley and the Drakensberg Mountains - conserving and preserving the existing natural ecosystem of the area for an unforgettable experience. Quality leisure facilities include a large swimming pool, with a kiddie's splash-pool for the warm Summer days, with ample shaded thatched umbrellas, comfortably accommodating 40 guests around the pool area.
