Morningside in Sandton still affordable for new homeowners

When people think of Sandton, the rich and famous immediately come to mind. The article then reaffirms that this particular suburb is increasingly popular for its surprising affordability among some of the most expensive suburban areas in the country. It's also close to various public amenities and also not far from key infrastructure and transport links such as major highways and roadways and the increasingly popular Gautrain service.   

Other reasons that make Morningside desirable is the fact that there are great private and public schools in the vicinity which include Crawford Sandton, Grayston Preparatory School, Lycee Jules Verne French International School and Redhill School. This is another reason why new homeowners are choosing this area over slightly less convenient yet more affordable locations in other parts of sprawling Johannesburg.
