Gold Table Talk, our new video series, will unlock the secrets of real estate

The South African real estate market is brimming with exciting opportunities, but navigating it can feel overwhelming. In response, Century 21 South Africa is launching Gold Table Talk, an exciting new digital series on YouTube designed to equip you with the insights and inspiration you need to unlock your real estate potential.

Bridging the knowledge gap

Gold Table Talk, which will feature in-depth interviews with real estate experts and key industry figures, is the brainchild of Century 21 South Africa's Marketing team. Led by Thireshni Sanasy, Livashni Naicker, and Niriksha Gheyandaw, they spotted a gap in the market for high-quality, South African-focused real estate content. Inspired by this opportunity, they decided to start a vibrant video series that explores trends, challenges, and personal experiences in an engaging and authentic way.

"Gold Table Talk is designed for a diverse real estate audience," says Thireshni Sanasy, National Head of Marketing at Century 21 South Africa. "This includes prospective and seasoned property professionals, aspiring homeowners, and anyone with an interest in the South African property market. By tuning in, viewers will gain a deeper understanding of market trends, receive expert advice, and hear real-life experiences that can inspire and inform their own real estate decisions."

What sessions will cover

According to Sanasy, Gold Table Talk will focus on topics relevant to the South African real estate market. This will include achieving business success, strategies for becoming a successful real estate property practitioner, insights into commercial properties, and understanding the psychology behind selling a home.

Gold Table Talk will feature personal stories from industry professionals, who will share their experiences, challenges, and triumphs in the field. "In each session, we'll interview a guest expert or have a panel discussion," says Sanasy. "After a brief introduction of the topic and the participants, we'll jump into an in-depth conversation that explores various aspects of the subject matter."

Sanasy says Gold Table Talk will also bring its audience directly into the dialogue. "Towards the end, we'll have a Q&A segment where viewers can submit questions for our guests to answer, making the sessions interactive and engaging," she shares.

Take a seat at the table

Participants will be chosen based on their expertise, experience, and relevance to the topics Gold Table Talk plans to cover. "We look for individuals who have made significant contributions to the real estate industry and can provide valuable insights to our audience," says Sanasy. "To get on the list, interested individuals can reach out to our marketing team with their credentials and a brief overview of the topics they can discuss at marketing@century21.co.za."

Gold Table Talk's viewers will find each session uniquely structured to ensure authentic and naturally flowing conversations. "We've made it a point to avoid a rigid format and instead allow for spontaneous discussions and genuine interactions that reflect the real experiences and insights of our guests. This approach is aimed at capturing the true essence of the South African real estate market and provides our audience with valuable, relatable content," says Sansay.

Tune in for golden insights

Gold Table Talk sessions will be available on Century 21 South Africa's YouTube channel. New episodes will be released on the first Monday of every month. Viewers can subscribe to the channel to receive notifications about new episodes and follow Century 21 South Africa on social media for updates and sneak peeks of upcoming sessions.

"Our future plans for Gold Table Talk include expanding the range of topics covered and increasing the frequency of our sessions," highlights Sanasy. "We aim to collaborate with more industry experts and potentially host live events where viewers can engage with our guests in real time. As the series grows, we hope to establish Gold Table Talk as a go-to resource for anyone interested in the South African real estate market."
