Century 21 National Training Academy rebrands to Century 21 University

In real estate, a key to success is standing out from the crowd and being up to date with the latest changes. By investing time in training, you can be the in-the-know professional people turn to for their real estate goals. For years, the National Training Academy has been at the forefront of providing this very education for property practitioners. We're excited to announce its rebrand to Century 21 University; a new name but with the same drive to help you thrive in your field.

Ahead of the curve

Nicolene Hamaty, National Training Manager/Head of Education and Training, says: "We like to keep everything in the training department fresh and relevant. The Century 21 National Training Academy has served us well for more than 9 years. However, Century 21 is an international company. When the USA rebranded their learning system to Century 21 University, this seemed like the perfect time to align the Century 21 National Training Academy and create a global image."

With the rebrand, property practitioners can expect the same high standard of training and education set as the Century 21 National Training Academy. All with some key changes.

"There's a more tiered level of training and more specialised training," says Hamaty. "For example, whether you are a new practitioner or have been in the industry for many years, Century 21 University will have something for you to upskill yourself and your career."

As part of the rebrand, Hamaty and her team will also be launching a new website for Century 21 University in September 2022.

"It will be more user friendly and comes with its own training app that will allow our property practitioners to train anytime, anywhere on any device. We have great new training programmes that will be released over a period of time, as well as a future podcast and blog."

Client-driven results

The rebrand is keeping property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants firmly in mind. According to Hamaty, clients can expect an even more knowledgeable and proficient property practitioner that can service all their property needs at the highest level.

"Whenever something is new or improved, there is a renewed excitement and drive that comes with it. This excitement and drive lead to more training completed, which leads to more knowledge and skilled property practitioners, which will lead to amazing service and happier clients."

An extensive rebranding process

For years, Century 21 National Training Academy has provided entry-level courses for beginners and advanced courses to help upskill real estate professionals. Naturally, the rebrand has gone beyond a simple change of the name, says Hamaty.

"Every training course, video, document, slide, and manual the Century 21 National Training Academy has produced needs to be updated, edited, renamed, and rebranded to Century 21 University. It is a massive task but I have spreadsheet upon spreadsheet tracking and managing the process to make sure we don't miss a thing.

"However, we are extremely excited about our rebranding. It has been incredibly long hours - but worth it - as we strive to provide massive value for our property practitioners."

Invest in your education

Hamaty is proud to see Century 21 South Africa's property practitioners embracing the rebrand and continuing to make training a cornerstone of their development. She believes the future is bright for Century 21 University.

"The rebrand is one further step in our mission to be South Africa's leading real estate university. We're going to keep investing time and resources to produce the most knowledgeable, productive, and profitable property practitioners in South Africa. After all, our outcome is income.

"We encourage all our property practitioners to continue making use of our courses. And if you're considering joining the team, consider the value we offer in making you SMARTER. BOLDER. FASTER.™."
